Opto Diode’s new BXT2S-28T is
a two-stage cooled PbSe infrared
detector with a 4-mm2 active area.
The cooler is capable of bringing
the detector’s element operating
temperature down to −45 °C. It
features a typical responsivity of
7.5 × 104 V/W. The combination
of high sensitivity, fast response
time, and industry-leading reliability
ensure consistent performance in a variety of gas-monitoring
applications.
