The PF32 is 32 × 32 pixel array of single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) detectors, where each pixel has its own timing circuitry. This enables time-resolved photon counting measurements to an accuracy of 55 ps. The PF32 offers time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) with over 1000 pixels simultaneously to increase acquisition speeds by orders of magnitude.
