The VMSB3000 Laser Diode Bar Tester automatically picks up each LD bar and place them on a temperature-controlled chuck to perform full electro-optical characterization on all emitters of each bar. This includes LIV, Wavelength and FFP characteristics quality tests in accordance with the pre-set criteria. The tested bars are then sorted and placed in different rings or Gel Pak trays.
