Offers ultranarrow Lorentzian linewidth of less than 200 Hz and low phase/frequency noise in a compact form factor. Based on self-injection locking of the laser diode via a resonant optical feedback from a high-Q Whispering Gallery Mode (WGM) micro-resonator, the laser achieves super narrow linewidth and offers frequency modulation bandwidth of up to 100 kHz.
