For PW Lasers and Line Beam Systems

LASEROPTIK offers coatings made by IBS (ion beam sputtering) on large substrates up to diameter 500 mm or equivalent rectangular shapes. Coating designs can be optimized for high LIDT and complex GDD specifications, e.g. for Petawatt laser applications. LASEROPTIK can provide either job coating or finished optics. Additionally, LASEROPTIK has built up IBS coating systems for long optics up to 2 meters in length, used in industrial laser line beam systems. Dedicated equipment includes large scale Zygo Interferometers, ultrasonic cleaning systems and substrate handling tools. Process control reproducibility is assured by in-situ optical broadband monitoring.
