The Fully Automatic VDSB3000 integrates the LD Bar stacking and unstacking process in a single machine by accurately stacking LD bars separated by spaces in a jig.
The stacked jig is removed and used to facilitate plasma coating of the bars. The coated jig is reloaded to the machine for unstacking where the machine automatically picks up the coated LD bars and place them in an array on frame or Gel-Pak while arranging the spacers on a separate frame or discarding them in a box.
