All of Axetris' diffractive optical elements (DOEs) are subject to our customer needs. The company produces up to 16-level DOEs on 100, 150 and 200 mm wafers based on either silicon or fused silica. Both materials may be used in either transmission or reflection, the latter one usually requiring the application of metal surface structures.
