The Double Tilt Translator DTT is based on 2 pairs of APA® actuators. Two types of motion can be generated: A tilt ΘX and/or ΘY motion. An optional vertical Z motion (piston / translation)
could be made when the two pairs of actuators are simultaneously actuated, enabling to control the centre of rotation. Applications include laser pointing, micro scanning, pixel shifting, and dithering.
