The T165 Laser Diode driver incorporates an edge-triggered pulse generator with fast rise and fall times, into a butterfly or TO-packaged laser. The 2" by 2" design connects directly to standard 0.1" pin-pitch butterfly laser packages, making it ideal for OEM use in laser systems and laser diode testing. The T165 offers easily adjustable laser drive current, pulse width and off-state voltage bias.

Highland Technology manufactures a range of laser diode pulse drivers, suitable for gain-switching and nanosecond pulsing laser diodes. Typical applications include laser diode testing, pumping fiber, fluorescent decay research, LiDAR and laser-based material processing. Made in USA.
