The CoolLED pE-4000 is designed specifically with microscopy core facilities and high end researchers in mind. For these groups a number of questions may arise when deciding upon a light source; the challenge of serving multiple microscope users with varying requirements now and in the future, where fluorophore usage and therefore excitation wavelengths may yet be unknown. Whilst other possible solutions boast up to 6 or 7 wavelengths and generally cover the traditional visible range, the pE-4000 is delivered with 16 wavelengths from 365nm to 770nm. This means that there is never a compromise when selecting the wavelength to use and people are prepared for the increasing move to NIR dyes. With its unique patent pending wavelength grouping concept there is always a combination suitable for samples and filter sets whether it's something "everyday" such as DAPI/FITC/TRIC/Cy5 or something more exotic such as CFP/YFP/RFP/Cy7 16 wavelengths also brings the option to tune the approach. For example, even if only one GFP filter set exists in the microscope, microscopists can optimise for brightness, contrast or other goals as needed, by simply using the different relevant wavelengths in the pE-4000 (460, 470, 490). A range of LED Transmitted Illumination Systems Four pT-100 variants are available: Three narrow bandwidth options (525, 635 and 770 nm) and a broad white system offering a safer and convenient alternative to halogen by reducing harmful UV exposure to the eyes during long hours at the microscope. The pT-100 WHT and pT-100-770 nm are also available with a 3 mm liquid light guide attachment, which is ideal for electrophysiology applications.

TopMap Metro.Lab is a precision white-light interferometer with a large vertical measurement range, large field of view and nanometer resolution. The compact table-top 3D workstation measures flatness, step height and parallelism (and more) of large surfaces and structures on a variety of materials. The easy to use Metro.Lab offers a field of view of 37 mm × 28 mm and 70 mm working distance.

TopMap Pro.Surf® is a unique large field of view 3D optical profiler system maintaining nm vertical precision. With no external moving optical elements, the Pro.Surf® is truly a noncontact system. In addition to a 45mm × 35mm field of view, the 70mm working distance makes this perfect for deeply recessed surfaces. The large and open gantry design makes it ideal in a lab or on manufacturing floor.

These single-wavelength fluorescence LED Illuminators are compact and simple to use. Systems can be specified at any one of 20 different LED wavelengths, and are ideal for routine clinical screening, electrophysiology or basic research applications. Operation is by a remote manual control pod with instant on/off and irradiance control from 0-100%, with remote control available via a TTL trigger.

The ML integrates a tungsten halogen bulb and power supply with a control board that delivers uniquely low-noise output. A series of prealigned bolt-on accessories allow the broadband output to be coupled into a fiber or fiber bundle, homogenized and collimated, directly coupled into a microscope, or integrated with our unique Wavelength Selector devices to create a tunable, monochromatic beam.
