QCM1000 Quality Crystal Microbalance Test Instrument

Fil-Tech’s Quality Crystal Microbalance measures the resonant frequency and the impedance of a 5MHz AT-cut quartz crystal in gas or liquid environments. The frequency and impedance change linearly with the mass and viscosity of material deposited on the surface of the crystal.

Fil-Tech Quality Crystal Microbalance Test InstrumentThe Quality Crystal Microbalance uses an innovative automatic gain control circuitry that will allow it to maintain oscillation with lossy films and in highly viscous liquids like undiluted Glycerol with impedance up to 10 KΩ. The 3” touch screen displays real-time frequency and impedance measurement. The touch screen also makes calibration (capacitance cancellation) for different fluids with varying viscosities fast and easy by digital adjustment instead of clumsy knobs or dials.
