The SenS 1280 is a high-definition SWIR camera based on NIT’s advanced InGaAs sensor NSC1901, delivering SXGA resolution (1280×1024 pixels@10 µm pixel pitch. With a low read-out noise of 30e-, it provides excellent image fidelity and sensitivity, making it suitable for demanding imaging tasks across industrial, defense, and scientific applications.
The camera is available in two versions: Compact and Smart. The Compact version supports multiple interfaces, including USB 3.0, CameraLink, offering broad integration flexibility. The Smart version, which integrates advanced on-board processing features, is available with CameraLink, CoaXPress (CxP) & SDI interfaces.
Key features of the Smart version include Automatic Gain Control (AGC), Automatic Integration Time (AIT), Non-Uniformity Correction (NUC), Bad Pixel Replacement (BPR) and GenICam compliance. These functions optimize image quality and brightness in real-time, reducing the need for manual adjustment.
