Photolithography Patterns: We manufacture complex photolithography patterns using our highly accurate photolithography process along with our custom coating technologies to produce a multitude of precision patterned thin-film coatings with geometries below 5 microns for the following applications: targets, sensors, reticles, imaging, alignment and resolution patterns, quality control patterns, encoder disks, pin holes, optical slits, angle measuring devices and comparison filters.
Optical & Mechanical Fabrication: We have a full service optical fabrication facility to meet your precision optical substrate requirements on glass, crystals, metals, and ceramics. Reynard is proud to provide fabrication of IR materials. Our capabilities include: shaping, grinding, edging, beveling, polishing, core drilling, stacking/binding, and measurement. Along with the common visible materials such as BK-7, fused silica, and color filter glass, we are also intimately familiar with a variety of more exotic materials in the UV, visible, and infrared spectrums.
You know the requirements of your system best. So, whether you need prototype quantities or are ready to scale to large production volume, we want to partner with you to help you in Perfecting Your Light™
