ISO 9001:2015 as a means to continually improve the products we make in terms of quality, on-time-delivery, and cost.
Reynard Corporation manufactures custom optical components and thin-film coatings (0.2 µm to 50 µm, UV to far-IR) to demanding specifications for
aerospace & defense,
commercial & industrial and
medical applications. In-house services include
custom thin-film optics,
single-point diamond turning,
optical and mechanical fabrication,
photolithography patterned optics, and
MIL-SPEC environmental testing services.
Custom Thin-Film Optics: Reynard Corporation continues its innovative legacy in finding optical solutions for our customers. Our experience with ultraviolet, visible, infrared, and broad-spectrum high resolution optics will be applied to meet your most demanding requirements. Our fully customized optics are designed, fabricated, coated, and tested in-house to meet your written specification, drawing, or print, all in a one-stop location!
Custom Coating Types: From simple AR coatings to complex VIS to IR and multi-band filters, we have expertise and a proven track record of designing and manufacturing sophisticated and environmentally durable optics. If you are looking for a fully customized optical component, including substrate and thin film coating, contact our Sales Department or request a quote.
Diamond Point Turning: Reynard Corporation offers single point diamond turning (SPDT) in-house capabilities. We produce 6mm to 800mm diameter high-quality precision optical components with a focus on infrared, exotic, and III-V crystal materials and coats reverse axicons with 360° windows. Aspheric, spherical, cylindrical, and freeform elements are designed, manufactured, coated & tested in-house. We look forward to talking with you about your custom needs for optical components UV-VIS-IR.
