SCHOTT has developed medical light cables with eco-friendly PURAVIS
® high purity glass optical fibers. The low dispersion of PURAVIS
® results in illumination with high color uniformity and illuminated objects that retain their natural color. These new fibers provide nearly 10% more white light and improved chemical resistance, which enables a longer lifetime under repeated reprocessing cycles.
