We offer our customers advice, conception and development of complex optical measurement and manufacturing systems to solve their individual requirements along the entire optical manufacturing process.

Capabilities of Trioptics GmbH

Visual optical test instruments

   OptiTest is a comprehensive line of basic optical instruments: collimators, telescopes and autocollimators.

Electronic autocollimator

   TriAngle series is used for high-precision measurement of angular displacements.

Goniometer

   PrismMaster® is applicable for high-precision optical angle measurements on prisms, polygons and wedges.

Goniometer-Spectrometer

   SpectroMaster® measures the refractive index and dispersion of optical glass and crystalline materials.

Interferometer

   µPhase® interferometer is applicable for spherical, aspherical and flat optical surfaces.

 Test systems for spherical lenses

   OptiSpheric® is the industry standard for testing optical components and systems: EFL, FFL, radius and MTF on axis.

Wavefront measurement

   WaveSensor® and the WaveMaster® series measure the wavefront of aspherical and spherical lenses with Shack-Hartmann sensors.

Alignment Turning Stations

   ATS series allows high-precision centering, alignment and machining of mounted lenses and lens groups.

Centration measurement and lens alignment

   OptiCentric® is used for centering measurement tasks in the assembly and production process of optical systems.

MTF measurement systems

   ImageMaster® is the most comprehensive line of MTF equipment for complete characterization of lenses.

Camera module alignment and testing

   ProCam® is a series of ultra-accurate alignment, assembly and test systems for camera module production.

   CamTest allows comprehensive measurements and quality control for mounted camera modules.
