With ProCam
® Align, TRIOPTICS offers a modular solution for camera module production by using active alignment for the highest optical performance. The unit aligns the sensor with the camera optics in up to six degrees of freedom with submicron accuracy. An integrated adhesive and curing solution ensures an automated and cost-optimized procedure. By using exchangeable assembly jigs, multiple camera module types can be manufactured within one instrument.
