Our offerings are wide and customizable according to the qualities, tolerances, costs and uses that the customer needs.
PRECISION AND COMMERCIAL OPTICS
We work with all materials in the VIS-UV-IR region, from standard optical glasses for lenses, windows and prisms, up to optical glasses at high index and low dispersion, fused silica and UV/IR materials with high transmittance and efficiency.
Starting from raw glasses and materials, through the use of traditional machinery and up to the most modern CNC centers for precision computerized process, we manufacture a wide range of polished and finished optical elements.
COATING
We design and supply high performance Optical Coatings, such as anti-reflective, reflective and dichroic coating, and tempering (chemical and thermal), for various applications in the UV-VIS-SWIR and IR regions. The new highly specialized in-house Coating Department guarantees us to trace each production batch, promptly provide the entire documentation and satisfy the requests of our customers.
CONSULTANCY AND PROTOTYPING
With the help of the most advanced software and optical CAD, we are able to provide specific Consultancy in the Design and Engineering of Optical Elements and Systems, an efficient Prototyping service, Integrate mechanical systems, in order to realize products that are cost-optimized.
METROLOGY
We control, with high precision, the geometric, roughness, surface properties, and cosmetic characteristics of products directly during the manufacturing process.
ASSEMBLY AND MECHANICAL WORKSHOP
Thanks to a Laminar Flow and air-conditioned Hood, we assemble optical, electrical and mechanical components.
