Reynard Corporation supplies custom and standard optical components and thin-film coatings (0.2 to 50 microns, UV to far-IR) to demanding specifications for military, aerospace, medical and telecommunication applications. In-house services include optical design, optical and mechanical fabrication, photolithography patterned processing, component subassembly and MIL-SPEC environmental testing services.

Custom Optical Components: Reynard Corporation continues its innovative legacy in finding optical solutions for our customers. Our fully customized optics are designed, fabricated, coated, and tested to meet your written specification, drawing, or print, all in one stop location!

Thin Film Coatings: Here are some of our most popular custom thin film coatings. At Reynard, well over 80% of our business is optical design and manufacturing based on custom requirements. Our design engineers will evaluate your requirements and provide a coating solution for your review. Optical Fabrication: We have a full service optical fabrication facility to meet your precision optical substrate requirements on glass, crystals, metals, and ceramics including Diamond Point Turning. Our capabilities include: shaping, grinding, edging, bevelling, polishing, core drilling, stacking/binding, and measurement. Along with the common visible materials such as BK-7, fused silica, and color filter glass, we are also intimately familiar with a variety of more exotic materials in the UV, visible, and infrared spectrums.
