At Holographix, we work closely with our customers to assist them in the development of custom transmission grating-based solutions from concept to production. We have successfully advanced the design and manufacturing processes for custom transmission gratings. This approach allows us to produce surface-relief components that consistently meet or exceed the performance of volume gratings, but at a fraction of the cost!
Holographix produces transmission gratings with high diffraction efficiency in both polarization planes (low PDL) and with low stray light. Unique replication technology allows for state-of-the-art transmission grating-based solutions. Our proprietary replication materials are capable of producing exceptionally high aspect ratio gratings with repeatable performance! This capability allows Holographix the freedom to design and produce custom gratings that are not achievable elsewhere.
