Services include optical system design, custom close tolerance molding, high-precision tooling, and optical mechanical and electronic system integration and assembly. In-house tooling facilities allows us to provide quick turn-around with high precision quality.
Founded in 1996, MAXEMIL Photonics started as an optical design consulting company, offering optical system design and consulting services. In 2000, in order to service our customers from design to manufacturing, we set up a factory to produce polymer optics.
At MaxEmil, we provide a full range of engineering designs including optical system design, mechanical design and tooling design. In addition to the engineering designs, we also own precision machining technologies and facilities for optics and mechanics to meet our customer's challenging requirements. We have a full range of tooling facilities in-house to provide quick tooling and high precision quality.
For quality assurance, we are ISO 9000 certificated. For quality control, we have leading testing instruments and testing technologies, including the Zygo interferometer, Taylor & Hobson Form Talysurf, Zeiss Super Accuracy CMM and Trioptics MTF tester.
