ASLMS 2021 Pivots to Virtual Only
The Executive leadership of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) has been monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. The ASLMS has received many notices regarding imposed travel restrictions that in all likelihood would prevent individuals and company representatives from attending an in-person Annual Conference in April 2021. Other individuals have expressed unwillingness to travel to the Conference due to personal, high-risk health conditions or physician faculty and other staff travel risk without a widely distributed vaccine. Therefore, the ASLMS Board of Directors has determined that pivoting to a fully Virtual Annual Conference in 2021 is necessary. We will keep you up to date on the program as it develops.
