Fourth Asia-Pacific Conference on Fundamental Problems of Opto and Micro-electronics (APCOM 2004)

The Asia-Pacific Conferences Fundamental Problems of Opto- and Microelectronics took place in Vladivostok, Russia in 2000-2003. It collected scientists from Asia-Pacific countries and even from Europe who presented a number of papers devoted to fundamental aspects of opto- and microelectronics. The Forth Asia-Pacific Conference on Opto- and Microelectronics (APCOM 2004) will continue the discussion which was opened in the previous conferences. The recent achievements in development of optical information processing, fiber optical communication and measuring systems, nonlinear optoelectronics systems, new materials and structures for photonics, optoelectronics method for medicine, will be presented.
