Organized by the German Scientific Laser Society (WLT e.V.), LiM 2017 focuses on the latest developments as well as future trends in the field of laser material processing and production technology. Dealing with micro and macro processing, system technology, process simulation & control and additive manufacturing, LiM 2017 addresses everyone interested in the potential of lasers in application.

As LiM 2017 is part of the World of Photonics Congress 2017 there are joint sessions organized in order to highlight topics at the interface of the thematic areas covered by the participating conferences.
