6th Laser Ceramics Symposium - 2010

The aim of this symposium is to provide a forum for material scientists, chemists and physicists to discuss the state of the art and the perspectives of transparent ceramics for photonic applications.

There are 17 confirmed guest speakers discussing topics such as Transparent ceramics for optical and fluorescence applications, Anisotropic ceramics as a next generation laser, and Ceramic materials for visible solid-state lasers, and much more.

Also, two alternative cultural programs for Tuesday include a guided tour of the Museum für Lackkunst (Museum for Lacquer Art) and "Münster across" - a guided foot trip through the historical town.
