High Speed Imaging for Dynamic Testing of Materials and Structures, 21st DYMAT Technical Meeting 2013

This meeting will take place over three days in a single session format to allow optimum interaction between the speaker and audience. There will also be poster sessions, an exhibition of high-speed camera manufacturers, as well as a round table session discussion on the issues and achievements in high-speed imaging.

Keynote speakers include Professor John Field of the University of Cambridge providing a talk on "High Speed Imaging; History, Techniques and Applications". Also Dr. Phillip Reu of the Sandia National Laboratories USA will be discussing "Using Uncertainty Quantification to Find and Minimize the Largest Error Sources in High-Speed DIC". Professor Mikael Sjodahl of Lulea University of Technology, Sweden will provide a talk entitled "Pulsed Digital Holography for the Measurement of Transient Mechanical Events".
