SPIE International Symposium: APOC 2004-Asia-Pacific Optical and Wireless Communications

Following the success of the first three APOC conferences in Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan, APOC 2004 will again be held in Beijing, the industrial, political and cultural center of China with a rich history dating back more than 3000 years. The Asia-Pacific Optical Communications Conference provides an important forum for the exchange of information on recent advances and future trends in optical components and systems technologies, optical Internet developments, optical network trends and applications, and associated services. Special emphasis is placed on Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region that represent one of the most rapidly growing markets for telecom and information technology systems and services of the world. The conference is organized by the Chinese Optical Society, the China Institute of Communications, and SPIE.
