Frankfurt Laser Company develops, produces, and distributes FP, DFB, and DBR laser diodes, laser diode arrays, VCSELs, and QCLs. Products include free-space, fiber-coupled, mid-IR, and superluminescent laser diode modules. Power range is 266 nm to 16 microns and 1 mW to 3000 W.

Manufacturer of laser diodes in the 1250- to 1940-nm range for automotive lidar, professional medical, military, and industrial applications. High power semiconductor lasers are available as bare die and bar, as well as in a variety of packages including B and C mounts, TO-cans, laser engines, and fiber-coupled devices up to 100 W.

Supplies quantum cascade tunable IR lasers (3.3 to 17+ microns); UV and IR detectors; single-photon counting electronics and systems for single-molecule detection, FLIM, spectroscopy, diffuse optical tomography and laser radar. Also photon counting detectors and IR thermal sources, IR LED and UV LED.
