Designs and manufactures thin-film optical coatings for both visible and IR applications. AOC specializes in high-layer-count coatings associated with laser protection optics. MKS/Newport designs and manufactures high performance optical filters and replicated mirrors in the UV, VIS, and NIR. Filters include bandpass, dichroic, edge, fluorescence, neutral density, and notch filters, as well as optomechanical and electro-optical assemblies based on filter technology. Mirrors include retroreflector, aspheric, and spherical.

PPD provides custom laser optics, assemblies, and IBS coatings for prototype, research, and OEM applications. PPDs precision fabrication, dielectric thin-film coatings, and epoxy-free assembly processes enable total optics solutions. Products include PBS cubes, high power laser mirrors, super-polished lenses, prisms, polarizers, and Brewster windows.
