Our technologies and customer deposition chambers offer coatings in the visible (VIS) near-infrared (NIR), shortwave infrared (SWIR), and midwave infrared (MWIR) spectral wavelengths. MKS/Newport designs and manufactures high performance optical filters and replicated mirrors in the UV, VIS, and NIR.
