Designs and manufactures IR detectors for the 0.5 to 24 micron range. Products include InGaAs, Ext-InGaAs, InAs, InSb, PC&PV HgCdTe detectors, linear and 2D arrays with a wide range of detector cooling options for defense, security/safety, chemical and biological detection, semiconductor inspection, life science, and spectroscopy markets.

Supplies quantum cascade tunable IR lasers (3.3 to 17+ microns); UV and IR detectors; single-photon counting electronics and systems for single-molecule detection, FLIM, spectroscopy, diffuse optical tomography and laser radar. Fil-Tech supplies electron beam gun and ion source replacement parts, sensor heads and feedthroughs, INFICON rate monitors and controllers and Quality Crystals in Gold and Stress Relieving Alloy for the thin-film industry. We stock FT704, hydrocarbon oils and Krytox oils and greases, and ionization, thermocouple, INFICON and InstruTech vacuum gauges.
