Importer and distributor of photonics components and subsystems for use in instrumentation. Products include photomultiplier tubes, solid-state photodetectors, IR detectors, image sensors, scientific cameras, light sources, and x-ray solutions.

Standard and custom photodetectors and high-quality VIS and IR LEDs. Our advanced performance sensors operate from the extreme ultraviolet (UV) to the mid-infrared (mid-IR). Photodetectors provide high-energy particle, electron, x-ray, and UV detection; plus excellent mid-IR sensitivity to discriminate gases, detect heat, sparks, and flames.

Supplies quantum cascade tunable IR lasers (3.3 to 17+ microns); UV and IR detectors; single-photon counting electronics and systems for single-molecule detection, FLIM, spectroscopy, diffuse optical tomography and laser radar. Also photon counting detectors and IR thermal sources, IR LED and UV LED.

Fil-Tech supplies electron beam gun and ion source replacement parts, sensor heads and feedthroughs, INFICON rate monitors and controllers and Quality Crystals in Gold and Stress Relieving Alloy for the thin-film industry. We stock FT704, hydrocarbon oils and Krytox oils and greases, and ionization, thermocouple, INFICON and InstruTech vacuum gauges.

Designs and manufactures IR detectors for the 0.5 to 24 micron range. Products include InGaAs, Ext-InGaAs, InAs, InSb, PC&PV HgCdTe detectors, linear and 2D arrays with a wide range of detector cooling options for defense, security/safety, chemical and biological detection, semiconductor inspection, life science, and spectroscopy markets.

Manufacturer of InGaAs detectors in TO, connectorized, ceramic mount, or pigtailed packages. Active diameters range from 30 microns to 5 mm. Array products include InGaAs linear arrays and fiber ribbon arrays.

Distributor of IR pyroelectric, thermopile, PbS and PbSe, and LED detectors; UV detectors; VIS detectors. IR and VIS laser diodes and diode modules. Signal recovery amplifiers. Manufacturer of polarization maintaining fiber optic couplers, WDMs, pump couplers, polarization splitters, interferometers, and noncontact displacement sensors.

Detectors are offered in standard and custom packages in single element and array configurations. Options include IR filters, TE coolers, and temperature sensors.
