nVisA mercury-free, pulsed UV/VIS curing system designed by Xenon Corp. features two lamp housings that can be independently operated at separate locations in manual, semiautomated or fully automated production applications. The CoolCure Twin XL is suitable for DVD bonding, and it offers low heat, deep penetration of thick and opaque substrates, UV and visible spectra, and instant on/off. The company says that one of these systems replaces two mercury systems and provides improved reliability, a smaller footprint and less energy consumption at a significantly lower cost.
