The Haso NIR wavefront sensors from Imagine Optic are suitable for telecommunications applications such as optical alignment and testing, and source characterization and location. They have a 1500-nm laser source, which allows them to measure a beam's optical quality, divergence, position and waist size, M2 parameter, Strehl ratio and astigmatism values. The sensors characterize small and large components with divergent or convergent beams and offer high spatial resolution with up to 1200 points measured in a standard configuration on the pupil. They are achromatic and insensitive to coherence, and display and calculate in real time, allowing online adjustment and control.
