The Dalstar 4M30 camera provides 2k x 2k resolution, true 12-bit digital output and 30 fps. Dalsa says its square pixel format and high fill factor provide superior, quantifiable image quality, even at low light levels. The camera's low noise and digitized video signal make it suitable for ball grid array and flat panel inspection. Also available is the Dalstar 6M18 with 12-bit imaging, a 3:2 aspect ratio and 3k x 2k spatial resolution at up to 18 fps. Applications include electronics manufacturing and packaging inspection, and document archiving.
