The ELD-1020-515-1 and ELD-1300-515-1 infrared LEDs from Roithner Lasertechnik have typical peak wavelengths of 1020 and 1300 nm, respectively. Available in 5-mm clear plastic packages, these LEDs offer a 14° viewing angle and are suitable for chemical analysis and for use in remote controls and security equipment. The maximum DC forward current is 100 mA at a forward voltage of 1.6 V.
