Version 4.0 of the driver dynamic link library (DLL) for the TimeHarp time-correlated single-photon-counting PC board offered by PicoQuant GmbH allows the implementation of custom measurement programs. Supporting all 32 Windows platforms, the THLib.DLL features a bin width <40 ps, 3-MHz maximum count rate and a low differential nonlinearity, making the TimeHarp suitable for use with all common single-photon detectors, such as photomultiplier tubes and avalanche photodiodes. The driver library is free to owners of previous versions.
