Designed for large, parallel motion of up to 100 µm in all three axes, the device is suitable for optics and laser tuning, fiber positioning, micropositioning and scanning. It features a capacitive measurement system that allows resolutions in the low-nanometer range. Each stage comprises actuators integrated into a stainless steel housing with an internal lever transmission.
