Request InfoHamamatsu CorporationHamamatsu Corp. has announced the G8941 series of InGaAs PIN photodiodes for laser diode monitoring. They provide a spectral response range of 0.9 to 1.7 µm for the 1.31- and 1.55-µm bands, typical photosensitivity of 0.9 A/W at 1.31 µm and 0.95 A/W at 1.55 µm, and detectivity of 5 x 1012 cmHz1/2/W. They have a package measuring 2 x 2 x 1 mm and a chip position tolerance of ±0.075 mm. The G8941-01, -02 and -03 feature active areas of φ1, φ0.5 and φ0.3 mm, respectively. They offer typical dark currents of 1, 0.5 and 0.3 nA and typical terminal capacitances of 90, 12 and 5 pF.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaWEBINARSPhotonics.com 1/18/2018Fiberguide RARe Motheye Fiber: Random Anti-Reflective (RARe) Nanostructures on Optical Fibers as Replacement for AR CoatingsAnti-reflective (AR) coatings are now entering their second century and have remained virtually unchanged throughout their life.
