Performance Motion Devices Inc.'s Pathfinder Contouring Software Library is designed for use with its C-Motion Library for developing S-curve and trapezoidal motion profiles. The software works exclusively with the company's Navigator multiaxis or Pilot single-axis motion control chips for brushed, brushless, stepper and microstepper applications. The Pathfinder library comes with two interpreters for reading either HPGL or GCODE files. It also provides functions for performing circular and linear interpolation as well as for one-, two- or three-dimensional motion using up to four axes.
