The Model 3370 nonrefrigerated liquid-to-air recirculator from PolyScience is designed to be a low-cost method of cooling for sputter-, vacuum-, plasma- and chemical-vapor deposition, and other systems where precise temperature control is not required. The device works by circulating fluid to equipment, then into a reservoir and through a fan-cooled radiator. The process provides a 12,000-Btu cooling capacity at 25 °C with a ΔT of 60 °C. The reservoir capacity is 4.8 l, and a built-in low-liquid-level indicator helps preserve the reservoir and pumping system.
