EP75-1 from Master Bond Inc. is a two-component, graphite-filled, electrically conductive adhesive with a 100:15 mix ratio by weight. The company says it is easy to apply, exhibits minimal sagging and dripping, even on vertical surfaces, and adheres well to metal, glass, ceramic, vulcanized rubber and plastic. The system cures at room temperature but faster at higher temperatures. The service operating range is -60 to 250 °F, and the volume resistivity of the cured system is 50 to 100 (omega)-cm. The adhesive is suitable for shielding and static dissipation applications.
