A subminiature high-voltage power supply introduced by HiTek Power is suitable for use in compact, handheld, portable and battery-operated devices, including chemical atomizers, backlight bias supplies and electrostatic air cleaners. The S-series device, measuring 0.75 x 2 x 0.25 in. and weighing ~1 oz, is available as a single or dual inline package for stand-alone applications or for installation on a motherboard. It can be surface-mounted to a printed circuit board and produces outputs up to ±8 kV at 1 W or less. It is available with fixed or adjustable outputs.
