The system is designed to locate parts that are randomly oriented at up to 360 degrees of rotation or that change in size from 50 to 200% of the original size. Unlike traditional binary systems, acuFinder uses gray-scale image analysis, which provides accurate and repeatable results regardless of changes in lighting.
