Laser S.O.S. Ltd. has launched a line of industrial-grade, diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser modules for laser marking. Three modules are available for OEM integration, producing 10 to 75 W of CW power at 1064 nm. The company says that the devices have a high degree of diode protection and that the side-pumped-diode architecture delivers beam brightness and pointing stability. In-head sensors continuously monitor coolant flow and conductivity, humidity and voltage spikes. An internal environmental gas purge facility further protects the diode module.
