LaserPoint's Fit automatic laser power probe is available from Directed Light Inc. The handheld instrument uses microprocessor-based measurement of temperature dynamics to calculate laser power with ±1% repeatability and ±3% accuracy. Two models are available, covering multiple wavelengths with powers from 500 mW to 200 W. The Fit probe features a multifunction LCD that simultaneously displays power and wavelength of calibration. The company says two AA batteries provide enough power for more than 4000 measurements.
