Request InfoMKS/NewportNewport Corp. has released a pedestal post system for installing optical mounts at low beam heights in optomechanical applications. Either the pedestal posts can be used alone for stable, fixed-height mounting, or an extension post or a spacer can be added for heights up to 0.125 in. Slotted clamping forks allow them to be secured anywhere on an optical table. Precision-ground 1-in.-diameter stainless steel posts are available in lengths of 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 in. Each device is marked every inch with an index groove for height references.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 7/26/2022Optical MountsThe E-Series of Adjustable Size Kinematic Optical Mounts from Edmund Optics Inc. can be used for mounting a wide range of round, rectangular, and square optical components, including round and...Promoted Content February 2024 IssueFiber Optic De-SpecklerNewport™ fiber optic de-specklers maximize performance and reliability in illumination by eliminating modal interferences for cw to modulation up to 10 kHz, with no optical loss.
