Request InfoWITec GmbHThe AlphaSnom from Witec GmbH is a scanning near-field optical microscope (SNOM) that combines that technology with confocal and atomic force microscopy in one instrument. It uses micromachined cantilever SNOM sensors that are integrated into a 30-mm-diameter objective. The user can switch from confocal to near-field microscopy by turning the turret of the device, enabling fast confocal overview scans as well as high-resolution SNOM imaging. Atomic force microscopy capability is accessed via standard tips.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Sep/Oct 2023 IssueMicroscopy SoftwareSuite SIX software from WITec GmbH is designed for Raman and correlative measurement control, data acquisition, and post-processing.
