375-nm, 10-mW UV Laser Diode Module Now available from Power Technology Inc. is a new higher-power ultraviolet IQ (instrument quality) laser diode module. At 375 nm, ±5 nm, the module yields up to 10 mW of UV output. The unit features a PID temperature control loop and a precision current source that make it ideal for scientific, industrial and biomedical applications that require power and wavelength stability.

Applications include laser-induced fluorescence, flow cytometry, spectroscopy, interferometry, microscopy and high-resolution printing.

The unit features an adjustable focus, quality glass optics and optional beam-expanding optics, and is available with a circularized beam or with standard elliptical output. It is also available with CW or modulated output.
