Request InfoLumics GmbHLumics GmbH has introduced the LU0975M017, a cooled laser module that delivers up to 1.7 W at 975 nm from a 100-µm multimode fiber that is terminated with a standard 2.5-mm-diameter ceramic ferrule. Housed in a 14-pin butterfly package, the assembly is Telcordia-compliant. Its TE cooler has a maximum of 2.4 A and of 3 V. Typical threshold current is 225 mA; operating current is 3.3 A; and low forward voltage is 3, maximum. It is designed for analytical, medical and sensing applications as well as for double-clad erbium-doped fiber amplifiers.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content November 2022 IssueCustom Optical Time DelaysOptical time delays, also known as fiber delay lines, are critical in today's advanced fiber optic communications networks for latency-driven applications.
